For minor issues regarding your apartment or building (e.g. for small repairs that can be done in 24-48 hours), please contact Roma, your building superintendent at super@cellotak.com. He will get back to you as soon as he can (usually within 24 hours) and begin to work on the issue. Your message will also be delivered to the building manager who will monitor the situation until it is successfully resolved.

For more serious issues that require immediate attention, you may call Roma on his cell phone at 917-837-9778. You should be aware, however, that there will be times when your call may not be answered (e.g. Roma is working in a building basement where there is no cell phone service or he might be "up to his elbows" working on another repair). Just leave a message (and ideally, also, an e-mail) and he will get back to you as soon as he can.

For administrative issues and/or emergencies you can call the Hoffman Management office at 212-247-4975 and contact John at Ext.311, or Luis at Ext.321 during normal business hours.

At night and on weekends, there is an emergency line which is 212-247-4975 Ext. 350.

For dire emergencies of course call 911
